The Masia (old country house) of Mas Petite is situated between the two medieval villages of Pontos and Orfes and  close to the river Fluvia. The house itself has been newly restored to a very high standard, to include 6 bed, 6 bath, sitting room, dining room, terrace and a large farmhouse kitchen with separate utility room. Downstairs in the main entrance hall, there is a small intimate bar area. Directly outside the house and  towards the river lies the large swimming pool (6mx12m) with itss own integral Jacuzzi.

The river Fluvia can be reached by a short walk across the field adjoining the property. though it is not generally very deep, it has a wide expanse of water wich is ideal for kayaking and canoeing. There is a  shaded and roofed BarBQ area with views out across the fields. The house and grounds are situated amongs pleasant farmland with a small woods directly abutting the house. there is ample parking space and also various games including boules, basket ball, horseshoes, and also have available for a small extra charge kayaks for the river and bicycles for the various unmade roads that meander through the nearby farmland.

The property is approched easily from the national road n11 or from the A7 motorway. A map is provided One can reach the coast in 30 mins, the town of Figueres in 15 mins, famouse for the Dali museum and the beautiful city of Gerona in 30 mins. Both Figueres and Gerona have many restaurants, shops and historical sites. The countryside and villages around the house are dotted with small country restaurants. Particulary noted is La Barretina at nearby Orfes.
